She joined the school in 1996 as a counselor and was appointed the Headmistress the very next year. In 2012 she was promoted as the principal of Masab Tank School. Apart from her academic qualifications in Sociology, Psychology, English Literature and specialization in counseling, She has excelled in sports and represented her school, College and University in Athletics. She is a qualified Black Belt in Karate.
She is an academician by nature, and highly motivated, dynamic lady with strong beliefs in upholding the time honoured principles of training young minds at an early age enhancing the capabilities of students in a competitive environment. Her interest also lies in the teaching techniques which enable the student to grasp principles which lie at the root of all branches of learning, and leaves vivid impact to provide solid foundation for the young student to build a career and provide comprehensive educational experience. She has been providing valuable inputs and ensured balanced development of children assisting the resolution of their problems and enabling better student teacher interaction.
Throughout her illustrious career, she has been a pillar of excellence in the field of education. Her expertise extends to teacher training and mentoring, where she has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of educators. She obtained Post Graduate Diploma in English studies and Teaching of English from English and Foreign Languages University.
She is an expert educationist with more than 2 decades of teaching and administrative experience. She was associated with International Indian School Jeddah for 2 decades as a Senior Secondary teacher known for her excellent teaching skills. She was felicitated many times for her expertise in Teaching English and giving 100 % result with distinctions. She was felicitated as the best English teacher by the Indian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Hamid Ansari former Vice President of India and Mrs. Salma Ansari For her innovative methods of teaching and Excellence in English language teaching.
She is a certified CBSE’s teacher trainer and resource person. She has trained hundreds of teachers in Gulf countries and India. She is an ardent researcher, she has written a number of scholarly papers as part of the research projects for CIEFL as given below:

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration and Economics from Osmania University. She also has a Certificate in Pre - Primary Teachers Training from Princess Esin Women's Education Centre. Her association with Springfields spans for almost three decades. She joined the school in the year 1996 as a Mother Teacher at Lower Kindergarten level. In recognition of her skills and experience she was promoted as a Head Teacher at Aghapura and Tadban Branches of Springfields Kids formerly.
